According to a report from Xeneta freight platform, air cargo volumes from Vietnam to Europe jumped 62% from a week earlier as exporters seek to get goods to customers.
The increase in demand has surged the air freight rates in Vientnam.

“In the next two weeks, we should know for sure if this represents a genuine and significant shift from ocean to air freight due to the Red Sea crisis,” said Xeneta chief airfreight officer said.
